SPECIFICATIONS

    • (A-2) Use this tag to identify the second lockout point for air (pneumatic).  You may need an RA tag (release air) to release the stored air pressure after the lockout point.  You can't depend on an auto air dump system without having a gauge to verify the auto dump worked.  You must post this verification within your lockout procedure.  

    • Environments: Ideal for food processing, harsh factory environments, showcase machinery, and pharmaceutical facilities. The longest lasting AND highest quality tags available, our Aluminum tags stand up to wash downs, humidity, and extreme temperatures. It is usable for indoors or outdoors with resistance to sun, rain, sleet, windborne sand, and dirt and chemical resistance to over 60 chemicals. Withstands over 180 lbs. of pullout force (far exceeds OSHA requirement).

    Notes/Suggestions: Ensure the air line pressure is released after the lockout point.  We recommend using a secondary energy source Release Air (RA) tag after the lockout point.   Also, Danger: Ensure all lifting units are blocked or bottomed out before releasing the stored air. We recommend placing a secondary energy source Control Gravity (CG) tag on all air-powered lift units.
