1.  We input the data into our Lockout template

2. We will send you a pdf of the finished Lockout procedure for approval. 

2.  We print both the Lockout procedure and tags on our Aluminum signs.

3.  Ship finished product to your facility

• INK: Premium UV resistant ink
• PROTECTIVE COATING: Double-sided UV, mild chemical, oil-resistant film
• TEMPERATURE RATING: 285 degrees 
• ENVIRONMENT RATING: Extreme 
• CLEANING: Degreaser, water, mild chemical
